PAYMENT OF MAINTENANCE CHARGES BY MEMBERS

The following Resolution was adopted in the 14^th Annual General Meeting of our Society held on 24.02.2010:

Quote:

“Resolved that Annual Maintenance Charges of Rs.2,000.00 for the year 2010-11 with effect from 01.04.2010 be paid by the Members either one time within 31^st May 2010 or in two instalments of Rs.1,500.00 by 31^st May 2010 & Rs. 500.00 by 30^th November 2010 and interest @ 2% per month would be payable for delayed payment”.

Unquote:

Pursuant to above Members are requested to pay Maintenance Charges for the year

2010-11 as below:

a)  One time payment of Rs.2,000.00 may be made within 31^st May, 2010.

      Interest @ 2% per month would be payable, if payment is made on or after

      1^st June, 2010.

Alternatively

b)   Payment Rs.2,000.00 may be made in two instalments:

i)                    Payment towards 1^st instalment of Rs.1,500.00 may be made within 31^st May 2010. Interest @ 2% per month would be payable, if the payment is made on or after 1^st June 2010.

ii)                  Payment towards 2^nd instament of Rs.500.00 may be made within 30^th November 2010.

                  Interest @ 2% per month would be payable, if the payment is made on or

                  after 1^st December 2010.

Residents will be glad to learn that after detailed interaction and negotiation, Frank Ross Pharmacy, a reputed Pharmacist, has agreed to provide special discount of 12% over the printed retail price of medicines to the residents of our Society during purchase of medicines from their various shops in kolkata.

For this purpose, Frank Ross Pharmacy has agreed to issue Privilege Cards to our residents which require an Enrolment Form to be filled up by the user. The Enrolment Form may be collected from our Society office and returned after filling up the same for issue of the Privilege Card. Detailed Terms and Conditions of use are mentioned in the Privilege Card.

Medicines worth Rs.250.00 or more may also be ordered over telephone for free home delivery from the Frank Ross Pharmacy located on 225, Rajdanga , Nabapally, Kasba (Tel No: 6499-3331)
