All Members:                                                                                            

PAYMENT OF MAINTENANCE CHARGES BY MEMBERS

The following Resolution was adopted in the 16^th Annual General Meeting of our Society held on 10.06.2012:

Quote:

“Resolved that Annual Maintenance Charges of Rs. 1,850.00 for the year 2012-13 with effect from 01.04.2012 be paid by Members either one time within 31^st August, 2012 or in two instalments of Rs. 1,200.00 by 31^st August, 2012 & Rs.650.00 by 30^th November 2012 and interest @ 2% per month would be payable for delayed payment”.

Unquote:

Pursuant to above Members are requested to pay Maintenance Charges for the year

2012-13 as below:

a)  One time payment of Rs.1,850.00 may be made within 31^st August, 2012.

      Interest @ 2% per month would be payable, if payment is made on or after

      1^st September, 2012.

Alternatively,

b)   Payment Rs.1,850.00 may be made in two instalments:

i)                    Payment towards 1^st instalment of Rs.1,200.00 may be made within 31^st August, 2012. Interest @ 2% per month would be payable, if the payment is made on or after 1^st September, 2012.

ii)                  Payment towards 2^nd instament of Rs.650.00 may be made within 30^th November 2012.

                  Interest @ 2% per month would be payable, if the payment is made on or

                  after 1^st December 2012.
