NOTICE

PAYMENT OF ROAD REPAIR CHARGES BY MEMBERS

The following Resolution was adopted in the Half-Yearly General Meeting of our Society held on 27.01.2013:

Quote:

“Resolved that for Road Repair Works amounting to Rs.6.00 lakhs (approx.), members would pay Rs. 3,400.00 either one time within 31^st May, 2013 or in two instaments of 2,000.00 by 31^st May, 2013 & balance Rs. 1,400.00 within 31^st October, 2013 and interest @ 2% per month would be payable for delayed payment.”

Unquote:

Since the above estimate is one year old, the present estimate is taken to be 12% higher than the last year.

Pursuant to above and in view of the funds being urgently required for road repair work, Members are requested to please pay Road Repair Charges as mentioned below:

One time payment of Rs.3,400.00 be made within 31^st March, 2014. Interest @ 2% per month would be payable, if payment is made after 31^st March, 2014.

Please also note that after the actual cost is ascertained the final extra / less cost will be adjusted for which excess payment / refund will be intimated accordingly.
