Maintenance Charges for 1st April, 20 to June, 2020

NOTICE

All Members:

Payment of Maintenance Charges by Members during 2020-2021

The following Resolution was adopted in the Half-Yearly General Meeting held on 16.02.2020 of our Society.

Quote :                                                                                                 

“Resolved that the part of Annual Maintenance Charges from 1^st April, 2020 to 30^th June, 2020 of Rs. 3,000.00 with effect from 01.04.2020 be paid by Members one time within 30^th June, 2020 and late fee @ 2% per month would be payable for delayed payment.”

“ Resolved also that the remaining final amount of Maintenance Charges have to be paid by the Members which will finally be decided on the AGM to be held around August, 2020.”

Unquote:

Pursuant to above members are requested to pay Rs. 3,000.00 (Rupees Three Thousand only) towards Maintenance Charges from 1^st April, 2020 to 30^th June, 2020 by 30.06.2020.
